How We Check Common Jersey Problems
Real production checks help reduce print, size, player-data, and packing errors.
We match the polyester fabric, ink, temperature, time, pressure, and speed. Key colors can use print or sample approval, with wash checks when required.
Each fit uses an approved size chart and pattern. We measure samples and finished jerseys at key points instead of treating men's, women's, and youth fits as one pattern.
One final roster is used for artwork, production, inspection, and packing. Every later change goes into a new version.
We match the transfer material to the fabric, set the application parameters, and check edge adhesion. Large or special logos should be sampled first.
Jerseys, shorts, and bag labels follow one player record. The set and packing list are checked before boxing.
