Define the Jersey Before Sampling

Approve Labels and Packing with the Jersey
Brand details need their own final files before bulk production.

Brand or neck label, plus size, care, composition, origin, or hem labels. - Tags and codes
Hang-tag artwork, barcode, QR code, and item data. - Unit packing
Clear, zip, matte, or printed bags, stickers, or a paper box. - Market text
The buyer confirms the required label content for the selling market.
Approve What Bulk Production Must Match
Use the sample to confirm the selected product version.

For multicolor or large artwork on suitable polyester fabrics, without a raised surface.

Before using a raised mark, review the smallest details, edge finish, stitch load, and fabric support.

For surface logos. Confirm adhesion, tooling, MOQ, and preparation time first.

How We Control Brand Product Errors
Five checks between the sample and bulk order.
The approved sample sets the pattern and measurement reference. During bulk inspection, chest, length, shoulder, sleeve, or other agreed points are sampled against those limits.
Sample approval records the fabric code, color settings, and artwork version. Before full production, the first pieces are compared with the approved reference.
We match the method to the fabric. For heat transfer, we test the settings and inspect edge adhesion. For embroidery, the fabric guides stitch density, backing, and mark size.
Final label and packing files are tied to the product version. Before cartons are closed, the garment, label, unit pack, and order packing record are compared.
Later changes use a separate record. Production departments work from one final approved version.
