One School Standard, Separate Team Files

Approve the school logo, colors, and contact once. Then give each sport and team its own product, artwork, roster, size chart, and packing group.

Six Controls for a Multi-Team School Order

Shared school standards stay fixed. Team files stay separate.

School Project Map

Lists each sport, team, product, quantity, and required date.

Separate Team Files

Keeps each team’s artwork, roster, sizes, and packing under its own code.

Correct Fit and Pattern

Matches men’s, women’s, and youth orders to the correct product pattern.

Sample Approval

Checks the selected product, fit, color, crest, and decoration before bulk production.

Team-Level Inspection

Checks artwork, names, numbers, sizes, logos, and quantities by team.

Labeled Packing

Separates finished jerseys by team, player, size, or campus as specified.

Use the Right Size Chart for Each Group

Men’s, women’s, and youth sizes can differ by sport and product.

  • Pattern
Confirm the wearer group before collecting sizes.
  • Size selection
Use the chart for that product; a size set can help students choose.
  • Special sizes
Flag added length or width before sampling.
  • Measurement check
Use the approved measurements for samples and finished jerseys.

Control School Marks and Distribution

Fix the school identity first, then apply it to each team version.

  • Authorized approval
Name the person who approves the logo, colors, and final artwork.
  • Approved files
Use one approved crest, font rule, and color reference.
  • Team marks
Record which sponsors or league marks belong to each team.
  • Distribution
Choose packing by team, player, size, campus, or department.

How We Control Common School Order Problems

These checks cover color, sizing, team files, decoration, and packing.

We keep one approved color reference for the school, then check each team’s artwork and first production pieces against it. Screens, fabrics, and later material batches can still show reasonable variation.
Each sport and wearer group uses its approved pattern and size chart. Samples and finished jerseys are measured at the main points for that product.
Each team uses one final roster tied to its own code. Names, numbers, sizes, and labels are checked in artwork, production, inspection, and packing.
We match the decoration to the fabric. Heat-transfer settings and edges are checked; embroidery density, backing, and logo size are adjusted for the jersey.
Player and team labels follow the final roster. Jerseys, shorts, labels, quantities, and the packing list are checked before boxing.
