1. Information We Collect

The current website does not have an online enquiry form. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, you may provide your name, company, contact details, destination, project requirements, artwork, logos, player names, numbers, sizes, messages, approvals, and order files.

The website host may record technical data such as an IP address, browser, device, requested pages, referral source, and access time.

Only send information needed for the project. A team, school, club, or other organization sending player information should have authority to provide it.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to reply to an enquiry, prepare a quotation, review artwork, develop a sample, manage an order, arrange payment or shipping, handle changes or claims, protect our systems, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.

3. Cookies

The current website code does not intentionally set non-essential cookies or include a cookie-based analytics or advertising tool. Website hosting may still use essential technology or create server logs.

If analytics, advertising, embedded media, an online form, or another cookie-setting feature is added, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before the feature is activated.

4. Analytics and Third-Party Services

The current website code does not include an analytics or advertising tracker. The site links to email and WhatsApp; those services handle information under their own terms when you use them.

Hosting, IT, file transfer, payment, testing, inspection, or shipping providers may process limited information when needed for an enquiry or order.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may provide the information needed for a project to staff and service providers supporting quotations, artwork, sampling, production, payment, inspection, packing, shipping, IT, professional advice, or legal obligations.

We do not publish customer artwork or player information as a case study or promotional example without appropriate permission.

6. Data Retention

We keep information only for as long as needed for an enquiry, quotation, order, reorder reference, quality issue, accounting record, legal obligation, or dispute. When it is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely archive it under our retention rules and applicable law.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable steps appropriate to the information, including limiting access to project files and keeping approved order versions separate from outdated files. No email, messaging, internet transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Do not send passwords, unnecessary identity documents, or payment-card details through an ordinary project message.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a portable copy of certain personal information.

Send a clear request to info@wisejersey.com. We may ask for information needed to confirm your identity or authority. A request may be limited where records must be kept for an order, legal obligation, or legal claim.

Where applicable, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

9. International Data Transfers

WiseJersey is operated by a company in China. If you contact us from another country, your contact and project information may be transferred to and processed in China or another country where a service provider supports the project.

We apply contractual or other safeguards required by applicable law for the relevant transfer.

10. Children’s Privacy

This website is intended for adult representatives of teams, schools, clubs, brands, events, and other buyers. It is not designed for children to submit enquiries directly.

Youth player information should be provided by a parent, school, club, league, or other adult or organization with authority. Do not send a child’s private contact details, identification number, or other information that is not needed for the jersey order.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the website, services, data practices, or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
