  • Lighter polyester or mesh

    Confirm the fabric code, composition, GSM, color, surface, and decoration method.
  • Reference weights
    140, 160, 180, 200, 220, and 240 GSM. The right choice depends on the fabric, jersey build, and decoration.

We place the approved design on the actual front pattern with the placket, seam allowance, and buttons marked. These points are checked on the sample and first production piece. The approved sample defines the practical alignment result.
One final roster links every player to the correct name, number, size, jersey version, and packing label. The same file is checked during artwork, production, inspection, and packing. Later changes are recorded separately.
We review fabric weight, artwork size, stitch density, backing, and placement. Light mesh may need a smaller mark, added support, or another decoration method. Large or layered designs should be sampled.
We can retain the approved design, pattern, fonts, logos, player format, material reference, decoration, and packing standard. Fabric availability and color batches are checked again before a reorder, so an exact match cannot be promised.
