How do you prevent the two faces of a reversible jersey from being mixed up?

We approve each face as a separate artwork version. The first garment is checked for layer order, neckline, armholes, colors, logos, and player details before production.

How do you control wavy neck and armhole binding?

We confirm binding length, stretch, and seam tension with the body pattern. The sample and first production piece are checked for flat, even openings.

How do you check color across reversible layers and side panels?

We record the approved fabrics and colors, then compare the first pieces under consistent light. Both faces and the side panels are checked together. Important colors can use Pantone, a print test, or a physical sample.

How do you avoid mixing up jerseys and shorts with different sizes?

The roster keeps separate top and shorts sizes for each player. Every set is checked against the garment labels, packing label, and packing list.

How do you reduce basketball player name and number errors?

One approved roster controls the name, number, top size, shorts size, color face, and packing label from artwork through packing. Later changes are recorded separately.
